Terms and Conditions
A $1,000 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL. YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE IF POINTS OF VIEW IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM HOLIDAY DATES - BALANCE DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. CANCELLATIONS 90 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVAL 10% SERVICE FEE CHARGED FROM THE DEPOSIT. CANCELLATIONS 90 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE ARRIVAL, RENTAL FEES ARE FORFEITED UNLESS POV IS RE-RENTED. MONIES WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR THE DAYS THE VILLA IS RE-RENTED LESS A 10% SERVICE FEE.
