	Thanksgiving 2010 (11/20-27/12) -  $2500/1-2; $4000/3-4 guests *plus $375/week for each additional guest
	Christmas/New Years (12/18/11-1/1/12) -  $7000/1-2 guests; $7300/3-4 guests; $7600/5-6 guests Please check the calendar for availability.

Terms and Conditions

A $1,000 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.  YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE IF POINTS OF VIEW IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM HOLIDAY DATES - BALANCE DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. CANCELLATIONS 90 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVAL 10% SERVICE FEE CHARGED FROM THE DEPOSIT. CANCELLATIONS 90 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE ARRIVAL, RENTAL FEES ARE FORFEITED UNLESS POV IS RE-RENTED. MONIES WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR THE DAYS THE VILLA IS RE-RENTED LESS A 10% SERVICE FEE.
